Luck expects to be ready for spring workouts

INDIANAPOLIS — Andrew Luck does not believe he'll need a second surgery to repair his right shoulder, and he's planning on participating in the Colts' full offseason program this spring.

Of all the changes likely to come to Indianapolis next week, the health of the franchise quarterback is the only question that really matters.

An emotionally drained Luck addressed that topic with the media for nearly 20 minutes Friday at the Indiana Farm Bureau Football Center in his first public comments since October.

And while the nearly year-long rehab on his shoulder has taken an obvious toll, the 28-year-old quarterback is looking forward to 2018.
